MMYPEM is engaged in a new commissioning project, this time in Argentina, at the Combined Cycle Plant located in Timbues.

MMYPEM’s wide experience and our high skilled personnel allow us to carry out  E.S.R services, as well as those services relating to the mechanical commissioning phase.

The Vuelta de Obligado Combined Cycle Power Plant, capable of generating  approximately of 800 MW of power, consists of two gas turbines, their corresponding two recovery boilers and a steam turbine. The combined cycle plant will be able to act as a single cycle plant while the combined cycle is concluded.

It is noteworthy to mention that the combined cycle has been designed to use natural gas as a main fuel although it will be able to function with distilled type-2 liquid fuel and bio-diesel as a backup
