REQUIREMENTS:
- Law degree or similar
- Experience in the functions described
- High level of English required (both oral and written).
FUNCTIONS:
- Advise on all legal matters of the company, including internal and external aspects.
- Draft and review all types of construction contracts in the industrial field, as well as NDAs, MOUs or LOIs, among others.
- Drafting of all types of corporate acts, statutory amendments and registration of them in the commercial register
- Establishment / opening of branches and subsidiaries abroad. Take care of the day to day of the societies.
- Work closely and manage legal external legal consultants in all matters contracted externally.
- Tender outsourced legal services when required.
- Take over the logistics part of society.
- Management and control of group liability insurance
- Provide legal support, working with external advisors and other commercial specialist advisors.
- Lead any other general or corporate legal matter, as required.
