Iberdrola has begun to build a photovoltaic plant with 7,800 photovoltaic modules making an investment of 2.3 million in its combined cycle plant located in the industrial estate of Serrallo de Castelló. The plant will have an installed capacity of 3.5 MW and will generate energy equivalent to the plant’s own consumption, about 5,500 MWh / year.

MMYPEM is working on the project, carrying out the placement and positioning of the concrete structure, anchors, placement of the photovoltaic modules, electrical installation and connections.

Construction began in August 25th 2020 and is MMYPEM´s first job in a photovoltaic plant after the recent creation of a division dedicated to such works.
