MMYPEM carried out the commissioning works in 2006 at the Combined Cycle Plant in Cartagena. This plant involved an investment of about 380 million euros, as part of Iberdrola’s commitment aimed at promoting generation technologies more respectful with the environment, replacing the three groups of the old thermal plant that used Oil as raw material, which were located on the same site. The plant is operated by two natural gas turbines and a third steam turbine.
